At Kids Clothingz, we want your little ones to love their new clothes as much as you do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Promise to You
We understand that shopping for active kids can be challenging—sizes change quickly and preferences vary. That’s why we’ve designed our returns process to be as simple and family-friendly as our clothing collections.
Important Notes:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please include the original packing slip with your RMA number clearly written on the package. Ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately
