We know kids grow fast – that’s why we work quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship globally! Please note:

• Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations
• Delivery times may vary based on destination
• Certain Asian and remote regions may not be serviceable

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that kids grow quickly and preferences change – that’s why we offer a simple 15-day return policy!

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for return/exchange
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please include the original packing slip with your RMA number clearly written on the package. Ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
• If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
• Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

International Returns

For our global customers:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs fees are non-refundable
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage/defect
• We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately
